Firewatch provides real-time bushfire detection by analyzing thermal and multispectral satellite imagery with convolutional neural networks. The team includes former CSIRO researchers and collaborates with state emergency services across NSW and Victoria. The platform has processed over 4.2 million km² of Australian bushland this fire season with sub-30-minute alert times.
