Flora diagnoses reading fluency gaps and delivers scaffolded texts at individualised difficulty levels, with real-time teacher dashboards showing intervention effectiveness. Built on evidence from UQ's School of Education, the platform supports both mainstream and Auslan-based literacy instruction. Now deployed in 26 government schools across WA and SA following state department pilots.
