Genesis Seq accelerates the diagnostic journey for rare disease patients by reducing turnaround time from sequencing to clinical interpretation from 12 weeks to 2–3 weeks. The startup was spun out from the Westmead Institute for Medical Research and partners with paediatric hospitals across NSW and ACT. They focus on ultra-rare conditions where time-to-diagnosis directly impacts prognosis and treatment options.
