Indigo develops raspberry and cherry-picking robots that use vision and soft-grip end-effectors to harvest delicate fruit without bruising. UTS mechatronics researchers incubated the prototype; the Adelaide-based firm is now in field trials with three orchardists in the Adelaide Hills and Barossa regions.
