Pulsar designs cartridge-based, portable PCR-free assays for detecting respiratory and gastrointestinal pathogens from a single nasal swab. The Adelaide-based team, spun out of research collaboration with SA Pathology and Flinders University, is pursuing TGA clearance for the first-generation platform. Pre-clinical validation is complete; regulatory submission is expected in Q3 2025.
