SoilX uses genomic sequencing and ML to profile vineyard soil microbiomes and recommend targeted biological amendments, improving fruit quality and disease resilience. The Adelaide-based startup is partnered with Barossa and McLaren Vale producers, and recently secured a collaboration with the University of Adelaide's Department of Agriculture. Early results show measurable improvements in Brix levels and reduced fungicide dependency.
