Vidar AI combines drone imagery and machine learning to analyse grapevine health and predict optimal harvest windows, helping Australian winemakers maximise yields and quality. Developed with input from viticulturists at Adelaide University and Barossa Valley producers, the platform has been field-tested across 800 hectares. It identifies ripeness variation across blocks within 2-3% accuracy.
