Weld-X deploys thermal imaging and machine vision to monitor weld seams in real-time and predict failure modes using metallurgical domain knowledge. The technology was incubated at Stone & Chalk and is now being piloted by fabrication shops in outer Sydney and regional New South Wales. The system integrates with MES platforms and QMS software used by tier-2 automotive and aerospace suppliers.
