Maya completed her biomedical engineering degree at UNSW before joining Luna Diagnostics as its first engineering hire. She led R&D on point-of-care diagnostic devices and has 3 patents pending in microfluidics. Her background combines wet-lab biology with hardware prototyping, making her uniquely positioned to commercialize diagnostic innovation in Southeast Asia.
