Roushan was an engineer at Zip (formerly Sezzle) and later worked on robotics research at RMIT's automation lab. He holds a degree in mechatronics and has published work on collaborative robot safety standards. At kinetic-robotics, he develops AI controllers for warehouse automation systems.
